We’ve added some additional features that most estimating programs do not include: Our materials list includes quantities of nails, screws, foundation drainage piping, holdowns, and other hardware - eliminating the “unforeseen items” line at the bottom of your material lists. GoTakeoff also calculates interior trim and gives you the option of printing a door and window schedule. It can be used to do a takeoff for residential or commercial buildings.
